Is this attic cleaning, or just hauling things out?

Both, within limits. We empty the attic — boxes, old furniture, insulation debris, whatever has built up — and sweep the floor before we leave, so you get a clear, clean space back. What we don't do is specialist remediation: we're not insulation installers, and we don't handle rodent contamination, mould or asbestos. If that's what your attic needs, a remediation company is the right call. If it needs emptying and cleaning out, that's us.

How much does an attic cleanout cost?

An attic cleanout is priced by volume — you only pay for the space your items take in our truck, not a flat fee. You get a firm quote before we start. Book online and add a photo to save up to $25; HST is additional.

Do you bring everything down for me?

Yes — the hardest part is getting things down through tight hatches and stairs, and that’s exactly what we handle. You don’t risk your back or the ceiling.

Will you take care not to damage the ceiling or stairs?

Yes — our crew works carefully through tight attic spaces and hallways and takes care with your walls, ceiling and stairwell.

What do you take from an attic?
