A storage unit cleanout is priced by volume — you only pay for the space your items take in our truck, not a flat fee. You get a firm quote before we start. Book online and add a photo to save up to $25; HST is additional.
Do I need to be there?
Not usually — if the unit is accessible, we can clear it without you present. Just arrange access, or a time to meet us at the facility.
What size units can you clear?
Any size — from a small locker to a large unit, packed floor to ceiling. We empty it completely.
What do you take from a storage unit?
Furniture, appliances, boxes and totes, old equipment and accumulated clutter — everything you no longer want to pay to store.
What happens to the contents of the unit?
Anything usable goes to local charities or reuse where possible, boxes and cardboard get recycled, and only the rest goes to the landfill. Tell us if you want something kept aside and we'll set it apart.
How soon can you clear it?
