For everything past what the city takes
Most weeks you don’t need us. HRM collects curbside garbage every two weeks, and a single-unit home is allowed six bags each collection — clear bags, with one black privacy bag permitted, and nothing over 25 kg. For ordinary household waste that’s plenty, and it’s free.
It stops being plenty after a move, a cleanout, a renovation, a tenant leaving, or a fortnight you simply missed. Six bags does not cover a garage that’s been filling since 2019. And plenty of what piles up isn’t bagged garbage at all — broken furniture, an old barbecue, bags that have been sitting out and split open.
That’s where we come in. No bag limit, no two-week wait, and nothing needs to be sorted or bagged before we arrive. We load it, sweep up after ourselves, and you get a firm price before we start.

Six bags isn’t a limit here
HRM allows six bags per collection from a single-unit home. Move-outs, cleanouts and renovations blow straight past that. Bring us twenty — it’s priced by truck space, not bag count.
It doesn’t need bagging first
Loose garbage, split bags, an old barbecue and a broken chair on top — you don’t need to sort or re-bag anything before we get there. We load it as it sits.
Sorted, not just dumped
Anything reusable is donated and recyclables are separated out before the rest goes to the landfill. You get the space back without it all going in a hole.
