How much does construction debris removal cost in Halifax?
Construction debris is priced by volume and weight, not a flat fee, so a few sheets of drywall cost less than a full gut. You get a firm price before we start. Book online and add a photo to save up to $25; HST is additional.
What construction debris do you take?
We take most renovation and construction waste — drywall, lumber, plywood, flooring, tile, trim, fixtures and general reno debris. From a single-room remodel to a whole-house cleanout, we clear it so work can keep moving.
Do you take concrete, brick and other heavy debris?
We can take small amounts of concrete or brick mixed into a general load, but not heavy concrete, brick or rubble jobs on their own — and we don't take soil, dirt or rock. Those are too heavy for our trucks; a dedicated heavy-debris service or bin is the better fit.
Do you pick it up right from my property?
Yes — we load the debris ourselves, whether it's piled outside, in the garage or still inside the building. You don't need to haul it to the curb; just point us to it and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer same-day or next-business-day service?
Yes. Downtime costs money on a job site, so we prioritize fast removal — often the same day, and typically on-site within one business day, Monday to Friday across HRM.
How is construction debris priced — by weight or volume?
By volume and weight — the space your debris takes in the truck, and how heavy it is. That's usually fairer for renovation waste, and you always get a firm quote up front before we load anything.
Do you work with contractors on ongoing jobs?
Yes. We work with contractors and renovators and can set up recurring pickups to keep a job site clear as work progresses. Tell us your schedule and we'll fit around it.
Do you recycle construction and renovation debris?
We sort what we collect and divert what we can — metal and clean wood are recycled rather than landfilled. Responsible disposal is part of the service.
Do you take asbestos or other hazardous material?
No — we can't take asbestos, or other hazardous materials like fuels, solvents or chemicals. Those require licensed specialists. See What We Don't Take for the full list.
Do you provide a bin or dumpster?
We're a load-and-haul service — our crew does the loading and takes the debris away, so there's no bin to rent, fill or trip over. If you specifically need a bin dropped off, that's a different service we'd point you to.
Can you clear debris from a mid-renovation site?
Yes. We can come during a project to clear built-up debris so the site stays safe and workable, then come back as needed. One-time cleanup or ongoing — whatever keeps your job moving.
