An old shed is an eyesore and a waste of yard space — and taking one apart is more work than it looks. Our crew dismantles the entire structure with saws and pry bars, then hauls every piece of wood, metal and roofing away for one all-inclusive price. You get your yard back, clean and clear.

We remove wood, metal, vinyl and resin sheds up to around 15 by 15 feet, and we can clear out whatever’s stored inside as part of the job (we’ll give you an estimate first). Concrete slabs and pads are left in place. If the shed has power, please have it disconnected before we arrive.

How much does shed removal cost in Halifax?
Shed removal is priced by the size of the shed and how much material and contents come out — one all-inclusive price covers labour, demolition and full haul-away, with no separate dump fees. Send a photo or details and we'll confirm a firm quote before we start. HST is additional.
Do you demolish the shed and haul all the debris away?
Yes. We dismantle the entire shed — walls, roof, framing and floor — and haul every piece of wood, metal and roofing away. You're left with a clear, clean space, with no leftover nails or debris.
What types of sheds do you remove?
We remove all common sheds — wood, metal, vinyl and resin/plastic — whether they're kit-built, custom or falling apart. Our crew uses saws and pry bars to take them down safely.
Can you remove everything stored inside the shed too?
Yes. We can clear the contents along with the shed — tools, old furniture, junk and clutter — as part of the same job. We'll give you an estimate before we start so the price is clear up front.
Do I need to empty the shed before you arrive?
No — you don't have to empty it. We can take the shed and what's inside together. We can't remove hazardous materials like fuel, propane, paint and chemicals, or soil and rock, so please set those aside beforehand.
What size sheds can you remove?
We handle sheds of most backyard sizes, typically up to around 15 by 15 feet. If yours is larger, send a photo or a few details and we'll confirm we can take it and give you a close estimate.
Do you remove the concrete slab or floor under the shed?
We remove the shed itself, including a wooden floor or skids, but we don't take up concrete slabs or pads — that's separate concrete work we don't handle. The slab is left in place, ready for whatever comes next.
My shed has electricity — do you disconnect it?
For safety, the power needs to be switched off and disconnected before we arrive, so please arrange that ahead of time (an electrician if it's hardwired). Once it's safely disconnected, our crew handles the full teardown and haul-away.
Can you remove a shed with tight backyard access?
Yes. We dismantle sheds in place, so tight gates, narrow side yards and fenced backyards usually aren't a problem — we carry the pieces out rather than moving the shed whole. Send a photo of the access and we'll confirm the plan.
How quickly can you remove an old shed?
Often within a day or two — we schedule fast across Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford, seven days a week. Send a photo for a quote and we'll book the earliest slot that suits you.
